How to get a new apartment in Portland for $2,000 a month: Landlord wants more than $3,000

Timbe: The property owner is asking for a whopping $3.4 million in incentives for a 30-story luxury condo and office tower with 1,500 parking spaces.

The land is at the northwest corner of Timber Ridge Avenue and Northeast Oregon Street, which is where the city-owned land is.

The land has been earmarked for a $1.8 billion waterfront park, a 1.5-mile beach and an Olympic-size pool.

The developer is planning to build the project on about 1.7 acres, but will need to obtain more land from the state to build it.

The project is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2019, according to the city’s zoning board.

The project is owned by the Oregonian, a tabloid newspaper in the Portland metro area, and the Portland Business Journal.

The building will be one of several in the region.

Timbe is asking a $3 million incentive for the project.

The developer is proposing to build a building that is two stories high with about 800 apartments, according a draft zoning plan obtained by the newspaper.

The city has also agreed to build an 18-story office building for the developer and a second hotel on the site.

The city has set aside a portion of the property to create an Olympic Pool, and it will have a parking garage.

The proposed development will be part of the Portland Convention Center, according the newspaper’s draft.

The area has long been home to a group of hotels and apartments.

Timber Ridge is at 1.6 acres.

The paper estimates the building to be the tallest in the city at 24 stories.
